Pillar #2 - The Technical Engineer

Although the startup starts with the entrepreneur, the engineer provides the critical task of making the idea actually work. Without the engineer, the entrepreneur doesn’t have a working product.  The designer has no functionality to interface with the user. On the other hand, the engineer relies on the entrepreneur to guide him on what to build and the designer to translate his product into something understandable to the customer.
